Nepal Medical Association (NMA) is a professional organization of Medical and Dental Doctors in Nepal. It was established on 20th Falgun, 2007 BS (4th March, 1951). It has the honour of being the first professional organization of the kingdom.Starting with a few as 20 members at the time of its inception, it has evolved into a large organization with more than four thousand members under it's umbrella. It has been regularly publishing a medical journal and organizing scientific sessions to make the medical professionals fully up-to-date with the advances in medical science.
